Henry Wilson: Natick's Mark on the Nation

  • Natick Historical Society 58 Eliot Street Natick, MA 01760 (map)

Join us to hear Natick’s podcast creator and researcher, Lincoln Anniballi, who will talk about “Henry Wilson: Natick’s Mark on the Nation.”

A lifelong resident of Natick, the hometown of Henry Wilson, Lincoln Anniballi grew up in the Henry Wilson Historic District, lived on the same road Wilson did, drove past the Henry Wilson Shoe Shop every day, and even went to Wilson Middle School, yet knew very little about the person whose name was all over town. In 2020, Lincoln began researching Wilson's life and, in 2021, got the idea to turn his research into a biographical podcast on the life of Henry Wilson. A political science and history student at Hofstra University, Lincoln has spent much of his free time researching and producing Henry Wilson & the Civil War. You can check out his podcast here. Learn more about Lincoln and his project in this short film here.

The talk will convene in the Natick History Museum at 58 Eliot Street. Participants are invited to join the Natick Historical Society for a summer gathering at 5:00 p.m. in Shaw Park following the talk.

This event is FREE and open to the public. Advanced registration is required to secure your spot in the museum. You can register using the link here.
