Research Requests

We welcome research requests from historians, genealogists, and anyone else interested in a certain aspect of Natick’s history. You can submit your request by emailing a short description of your project to director@natickhistoricalsociety.org.

To support the process of compiling this information, we request a donation in advance for a minimum of 1 hour of research at a rate of $10 per hour. After the first hour, you will be notified if additional time is required. NHS staff will spend a maximum of three hours per request at an hourly recommended donation of $10. If more than three hours is required, a staff person will contact you to discuss options for completing your research. Checks can be made out to the “Natick Historical Society” and mailed to:

This fee is waived for school projects of K-12 students. Members of the Natick Historical Society also receive unlimited research benefits.

We will make every attempt to assist your research, but please be aware that your $10 donation does not guarantee that we will find what you are looking for.
